Some of you have heard this before but here we go again… Please, always keep in mind that while you work with the clients, you work FOR Home Instead. It is the nature of the business as well as human nature to think that you work for the clients and the families.

After all, they are who you see regularly. You don’t often see office staff or fellow caregivers. It becomes very easy to forget that you are part of a company. You are. Please remember to report concerns, events, anything that affects the client’s well being or scheduling issues. Reach out if you need support of any kind. At the end of your rope, let us know.
